Who we are
This website is operated by Loan Daddy LLC (NMLS #2827624) under the brand DSCR Cash-Out Refinance. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Loan Daddy LLC.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email, phone number, property state and type, loan purpose, estimated property value, desired loan amount, occupancy, and any message you include when you submit a form.
- Attribution data: the page you first landed on, the referring website, and marketing parameters in the URL (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid and fbclid). This is stored in your browser’s session storage for the duration of your visit and sent with your form submission.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and similar information that web servers receive automatically. Your IP address may be forwarded to our lead-management systems for fraud prevention and consent records.
The DSCR calculator runs entirely in your browser. Numbers you enter into it are not sent to us unless you separately submit a form.
How we use information
- To respond to your request and contact you about business-purpose financing options
- To share your scenario with wholesale lenders and investors when you choose to proceed
- To record your consent to be contacted and honor opt-out requests
- To understand which pages and campaigns are useful, and improve the website

How we share information
We share information with service providers that help us operate (for example, database, CRM and communications providers), with wholesale lenders and investors as needed to arrange financing you have asked about, with affiliates of Loan Daddy LLC that support our brokerage operations, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Communications and opting out
If you consent, we may contact you by email, phone or text about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or ask us to stop calling at any time.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information as long as needed for the purposes described here and to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements.
Your choices and rights
Based on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. Because the financing we arrange is business-purpose, certain consumer privacy laws may apply differently; we will honor applicable rights. To make a request, reply to any message you have received from us and we will verify and respond.
